What is Catholic by Design?

As many publications and organizations don't always publish or respond to pro-Catholic / pro-Life / pro-values letters, Catholic by Design is my attempt to better disseminate some of the letters I have written. All of the letters defend Catholics, the Catholic faith, and Catholic values.

Why Catholic by Design?

Lumen Gentium, one of the principal documents of the Second Vatican Council, best explains...

"All men are called to be part of this catholic unity of the people of God... And there belong to or are related to it in various ways, the Catholic faithful, all who believe in Christ, and indeed the whole of mankind, for all men are called by the grace of God to salvation."

Dear Mr. Zucker:

I recognize that anyone's foibles may become fodder for a Tonight Show monologue or interview. However, to sully all priests by presenting them as pedophiles on six occasions over the past five weeks is not humor but a concerted attack on the clergy.

Despite evidence that proves sex abuse problems within other Christian denominations are comparable, and in many cases, greater than those in the Catholic church (see attached), Mr. Leno continues to single out Catholic priests as the subject of his contemptible quips.

There is no topical reason for Mr. Leno's jibes, which leads me and others to believe that he and the Tonight Show possess a deep-seated anti-Catholic animus.

I urge you to put an end Mr. Leno's blatantly anti-clerical jokes.
